Here at HOLYLAND NECKLACE, quality control is very important to us. If you have received your item and it is somehow damaged or not what you ordered we want to know. Please contact us immediately so we can solve your issue. You can email us here.

 

RETURN POLICY

All unworn and in new condition items sold by HOLYLAND NECKLACE may be returned within 60 days from date of order. Because all our items are personalized you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Items that are worn or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are immediately processed from time and date of placement. If you decide to cancel your order, you will be subject to a 35% cancelation fee.

To cancel your order, please contact a Customer Service Specialist.

Cancellations will be processed the same day requested.  The same method of payment you used to make your purchase will be credited back the amount paid for your item less the cancelation fee. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account.

HOLYLAND NECKLACE reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. RETURN POLICY

New, unworn items can be returned to HOLYLAND NECKLACE within 100 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
